The Mangrove Holdings is the family office of Dr. Ritesh Malik — a medical doctor who chose to build rather than prescribe, and has spent the better part of two decades operating at the frontier of India's entrepreneurial story. Founded in 2020, it is the institutional expression of a journey that began in a Delhi hospital corridor and has since led to founding Y Combinator-backed Innov8 Coworking, co-founding Plaksha University, and backing over 125 companies across technology, consumer, deep-tech, space, and beyond.

Dr. Ravi Malik, Senior Consultant Paediatrician and co-founder of Malik Radix Healthcare, carried that legacy forward through decades of purposeful service, choosing to build institutions and communities over personal gain. Dr. Renu Malik, Gynaecologist and co-founder of Radix Healthcare, embodies a commitment to people that runs equally deep — trained at Maulana Azad Medical College and Safdarjung Hospital, she has been present at the beginning of over 30,000 lives.
